Forged flanges and butt-weld / socket-weld pipe fittings engineered in Titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Stainless Steel and Copper — from 1/2" to 48" NB, with full traceability and Mill Test Certificates.
We supply a complete range of forged flanges and pipe fittings across every alloy grade we stock. Flanges are offered from 1/2" to 48" NB in all standard pressure classes, while our butt-weld and socket-weld fittings cover elbows, tees, reducers, caps and couplings for every piping configuration.
Every piece is manufactured to ASME B16.5 / B16.47 (flanges) and ASME B16.9 / B16.11 (fittings), with complete material traceability and Mill Test Certificates on every batch.
A complete range of forged flanges to suit every piping connection, pressure rating and maintenance requirement.
Tapered hub welded to the pipe for high-pressure, high-stress applications with excellent stress distribution.
Slides over the pipe and is fillet welded top and bottom — economical and easy to align during installation.
Solid disc used to seal the end of a piping system or vessel opening, allowing future access.
Pipe inserted into a recessed socket and fillet welded — ideal for small-bore, high-pressure lines.
Screwed onto pipe with matching NPT threads — used where welding is impractical or hazardous.
Used with a stub end, allowing free rotation for easy bolt-hole alignment and frequent dismantling.
Butt-weld and socket-weld / threaded fittings to change direction, branch, reduce or terminate a pipe run.
Changes the direction of flow — available in short radius and long radius, butt-weld or socket-weld.
Creates a branch connection at 90° to the main run, in equal or reducing outlet configurations.
Joins two pipes of different diameters, keeping the flow either centred or offset along one edge.
Seals the open end of a pipe run — welded directly onto the pipe end.
Joins two pipes of the same diameter in a straight line — full and half-coupling options available.
Threaded three-piece fitting allowing quick disconnection of a line for maintenance without cutting pipe.
Pick the finish that matches your installation environment — from as-forged stock to a fully machined face.
Smooth, precision-machined raised face or flat face — ready for direct gasket seating.
As-forged surface with mill scale intact — the standard for further machining or coating.
Concentric or spiral serrated face for improved gasket grip, or smooth face for soft gaskets.
Flanges & fittings are stocked across all five alloy families, each manufactured to its respective ASTM standard.
Grade 1, 2, 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), 7, 9 & 12 — prized for extraordinary strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance in seawater.
Nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloys offering superior resistance to oxidising and reducing acids.
Nickel-chromium superalloys engineered for extreme high-temperature environments above 1000°C.
Austenitic, duplex and super duplex grades covering virtually every industrial application.
Cu-Ni 90/10 & 70/30 offer excellent seawater corrosion resistance for condenser & desalination piping systems.
